I am a mostly retired Endodontist and a pickleball enthusiast. I played racquetball in college for several years and was also an avid tennis player. Over the last several years I have become a seasoned pickleball player and have followed the training videos and advice of Jordan Briones, Simone Jardim, Cliff Pickleball and others. I regularly use my tutor ball machine to drill and improve my game.I have played thousands of pickleball games in several states and competed with different teams. I play at public courts and private clubs and have graduated from two formal training camps. I enjoy mentoring other pickleball players and coaching them on techniques, equipment, and drills. I have played in multiple tournaments at the 3.5 level and have won many medals and awards. I have published several articles on pickleball and related sports.

I love Pickleball. It has changed my life. I have played almost daily for over five years. I’ve played at the Elks Club Lodge, church and civic centers.

I’ve taken beginner, group, and private lessons, and even attended a few pickleball workshops.

I love getting better, and mentoring others in improving their game too. My Pickleball Associates and I are very creative problem solvers. We shovel snow in Fall and Spring, from the 3 outdoor tennis courts in our small town, partly to give our Girls High School Tennis Team a place to practice and partly to give us a place to play and gather.
